CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION

 

MTEL has acted as project manager for a number of large restoration and renovation projects involving hotels of various sizes and types.  As project manager, MTEL manages all aspects of the project including market research and financing. MTEL coordinates each project with the property's franchiser to ensure compliance with the established guidelines.  MTEL also ensures that the work performed to meet or exceed prevailing building codes. Through its network of contractors, suppliers and other trades MTEL provides its clients significant cost savings in planning, renovations and expansions.

 

MTEL provides the following Construction / Renovation services:

• Function as Project Manager
• Act as General Contractor
• Coordinate input with architect, engineer, etc.
• Consult with owner on bids, changes and/or selecting General Contractor
• Take bids on project
• Perform pre-opening inspections and punch list for hotel

MTEL can act as a project manager for its client or take the entire project on a turn key basis.
